COSTS AND CHARGES
The Pain Management of Palm Beach accepts most major credit cards or your personal check as well as cash.
We don't accept any insurance but we would be glad to help you fill the paperwork to be reimbursed by those that have. Please check you policy.
All payments are due at time of service.

Pain Patients
Initial evaluation:
$200.00 plus $25 for the urine test.
Follow up visits $150.00
Normal follow-ups monthly
Decompression treatments $65.00 per session, special packages available.
Trigger injections $20.00 each.
